Just what you think it is. A place to discuss great books, poems, songs, short stories that you’ve read.
The Memory of Running – A great book about a man who is searching for meaning as he bikes across the country. I cried in the first ten pages… then I laughed out loud… then cried again.
Crime and Punishment – Thrilling and thought provoking…. Get inside the mind of a murderer and see how he ticks. Some of the most gruesome scenes I’ve read. Overall, a story of redemption
The Snows of Kilamanjaro- The good thing about this book is, well, it’s not a book. It’s a short story that questions whether love is only an infatuation or a real thing.
If – Simply the most moving poem I’ve read. My favorite by far
The Fates Will Find There Way – A quick read, I finished it within a day of sitting on the beach. Exciting and thought provoking.
Been reading Arthur Miller’s “Death of a Salesman” lately. So far so good.
